Hospitality Lodging Investors II, LP Closes On Asheville Site

Hospitality Lodging Investors II, LP today closed on the purchase of a 0.70 acre site in downtown Asheville, NC.  It is the site of the former Asheville Chamber of Commerce and is within walking distance of all of downtown.  Great shops.....Great restaurants and all the arts that Asheville has to offer.

The partnership will construct on the site a 100-room Hotel Indigo, 12 luxury condominiums and parking for 112 cars.  It is anticipated that construction will commence prior to year end, with completion scheduled for the beginning of 2009.
