Valcour, Inc. Buys Building For Office

Valcour, Inc. agreed today to purchase an office building at 2256 South Queen Street.  The building will be used as Valcour's offices.  Valcour expects to do minor renovations and improvements to the building prior to move-in.  Closing will take place the first week in March, with move-in sometime in April 2002.

The building contains four private offices, a kitchen, reception area, full bath and a full basement.  There is onsite parking for 6 cars and a one-car garage.
