Charlotte Hall Medical Associates Sells Medical Office Building In Charlotte Hall, Maryland

Charlotte Hall Medical Associates today sold its 4,500 square foot radiation therapy facility to a local investor.  The project was originally on a 20 year triple net lease. The project was sold for $655,000.  The project was situated on one acre of land.  For a photo of the site - Click Here.
