It is amazing to me that all this work was done between November 26th and December 22nd.  I have tried to give you a synopsis of each room.  I'm sure that something was missed in the description.  If you have questions, you know where to call me. 

It was hard to take photos of the unit, so take my word for it, the "in-person" look is much better, the colors just do not come out right in the photos.  I think that Laura did an amazing job for us.

New faces on the kitchen cabinets. Hardware has not been installed, table was painted the wrong color and will be repainted, all appliances have been replaced.  All ceilings and trim were repainted.

It is very difficult to get the correct colors in these photos, they just do not do it justice. The cornice over the sliding glass door was not installed yet.  Ceilings, walls and trim repainted. New ceiling fan installed.  New furniture and flat panel TV over the fireplace, and new vertical binds.  A mantel was added with sliding doors so that there would be a place to put the DVD and VCR.

There are a total of 6 chairs.  The fabric on the seats had not come in yet and will be installed in the next week or so.  The base of the table needs to be painted.

New bedding in this room.  The small sofa bed was moved to the front bedroom.  The chair in this room is a recovered living room chair.  New carpet was installed. Everything was repainted. New ceiling fan. The cornice is not on the window yet.

Wall paper needs to be repaired, there is a new toilet installed, a new sliding glass door, new shower head and all the tile has been cleaned and the grout has been touched up.  A new fan/light combination was installed and vented to the outside, and a new light above the vanity.  There is so much more light in the room it is unbelievable. Everything was repainted.

New bedding in this room, including a new mattress.  The coverlet is not on the bed as it had not come in yet. New night stand and armoire.   "Old" master bedroom furniture is now in the front bedroom. New carpet was installed, new ceiling fan installed. Everything was repainted. The cornice is not on the window yet. (on these photos you can really see what I am talking about with the colors, the two photos on the right have the same color walls.)

Mirror was re-trimmed.  Everything was repainted.  Paper is the same.  There are paper repairs that need to be completed yet.  There is a new toilet in this bath, a new sliding glass door, new light above the vanity, a new shower head and all the tile has been cleaned and the grout has been touched up.  A new fan/light combination was installed and vented to the outside.  There is so much more light in the room. Had a problem with the light in the shower going out all the time.  It was overheating as the guys that did the insulation covered it up.  It was a little difficult to find, but after crawling around the attic for a while I found it, uncovered it and it works fine.

The Front door is being replaces along with new hardware and weather stripping.  New keys will be distributed when it is complete. We do not have final okay from the condo association yet on this item. Just a formality however.  It is amazing to see all the dents in this 20 year old door.  It is as if someone beat it with a golf club.   Speaking of golf clubs....I think it is best to leave them in the car.  There really is no place in the unit for them and they will only create damage.
