Hospitality Lodging Investors, LP Pays Dividends To All Partners

Hospitality Lodging Investors, LP today paid a 4% dividend to all Limited Partners of record as of March 1, 2007.  Additionally the partnership paid all Note Holders their quarterly interest payments.  Since the inception of the partnership all note interest has been paid on-time.  Equity holders have received numerous distributions in addition to the increase in their equity position as a result of the growth and development of the partnership's various projects.
