Hospitality Lodging Investors, LP, Refinances York & Gettysburg, PA Properties

Hospitality Lodging Investors, LP closed on new fixed rate financing for it hotels located in York and Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. 

M&T Bank provided the financing, which is fixed for a period of 6 years at 5.92%.

The partnership will save approximately $75,000 per year in interest cost as a result of these new loans.

James M. May, of M&T Bank was the lead lender in the transaction.
